The Polish-language version is the legally binding one for Polish customers.
1. Data Controller

2. What data we process
Depending on how you contact us, we may process:
- data from the contact form / quote request: name or company name, email, phone number, message content;
- files you upload for a quote (e.g. STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF) and their content;
- email correspondence;
- data needed to fulfil an order and issue an invoice (company name, tax ID, address, shipping details);
- technical data and cookies (see section 8).
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
- Answering enquiries and preparing quotes — Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) and (f) (legitimate interest in handling enquiries);
- Performing a contract / order — Art. 6(1)(b);
- Issuing and retaining invoices, accounting and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c);
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f);
- Newsletter / marketing (if offered) — Art. 6(1)(a) (consent).
4. Files submitted for quotes
Files you send for quoting or production (3D models, photos, documentation) are used solely to prepare an offer and deliver the service. We do not share them with third parties or use them for other purposes without your consent.
5. Recipients / processors
Your data may be entrusted to trusted service providers acting on our behalf:
- email provider: Zoho;
- contact-form provider: Formspree (USA);
- website hosting: Netlify (USA).
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers are based outside the EEA (e.g. the USA). Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider’s participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Retention
- enquiries that did not lead to a contract — for as long as needed to handle the correspondence and the limitation period for any claims;
- contract data — for the duration of the contract and the claims limitation period;
- accounting records and invoices — for the period required by tax law (generally 5 years from the end of the relevant tax year);
- consent-based data (e.g. newsletter) — until consent is withdrawn.
8. Cookies
The site may use cookies necessary for it to function. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, they will require your consent via a cookie banner.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and — where processing is based on consent — to withdraw it at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).
You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
10. Provision of data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver the service.

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
